Lt. Alex Hopper is a Naval officer assigned to the USS John Paul Jones. Sam Shane us a physical therapist, and Hopper's fiancée. Hopper's older brother, Stone, is Commanding Officer of the USS Sampson. Petty Officer Raikes is Hopper's crewmate and she's a weapons specialist on the USS John Paul Jones. Admiral Shane is Sam Shane's father, and Hopper's and Stone's.
