That means every time you visit CineCentre, you unlock real value across lifestyle, food, travel, wellness, family activities, and more — rewards designed for everyday life, not just cinema visits.
2. HOW DO I RECEIVE A REWARD?
To receive rewards, simply make a qualifying purchase at CineCentre:
. A movie ticket purchase, and/or
. A qualifying refreshment or combo purchase
After your purchase:
. Your movie ticket (physical or digital) will include a unique rewards code
. Your refreshment purchase will include a separate unique rewards code on your receipt or online confirmation
Each qualifying purchase generates its own unique code.

2.Enter your personal details and your unique rewards code
3.Follow the prompts to select your rewards
4.You will receive an SMS with your reward voucher(s) and redemption instructions

5. WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY REWARD?
Once your rewards code has been successfully verified, you will receive an SMS containing your reward voucher(s) and instructions on how to redeem them.
6. CAN I RECEIVE MORE THAN ONE REWARD?
Yes, for each qualifying purchase, you will receive a new unique rewards code, allowing you to redeem rewards multiple times.
7. CAN I USE MULTIPLE VOUCHERS IN ONE TRANSACTION?
No, Only one reward voucher may be used per transaction.
8. CAN I EXCHANGE MY REWARD FOR CASH?
No, Rewards and vouchers are not redeemable for cash, in part or in full, and no change will be given for unused amounts.
9. HOW LONG ARE MY REWARDS VALID?
Once you have redeemed your reward and received your voucher SMS, the voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of redemption.
10. CAN I GIVE MY REWARD TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes, You may gift your reward by sharing the voucher SMS and redemption details with another person.
